To show support for the day, all staff and students are recommended to wear something yellow on the day (even if it is just socks or a tie).
This day is a national RUOK day that aims to open the conversation up about the importance of wellbeing and normalising asking for help or asking those around you if they are doing ok. There will be plenty of yellow things, cheerful things, important yet interesting information and even a chance to play some games. Bring yourself, your friends, a great mood and be ready to chat and ask questions.
